Using Flags For More Than Decoration

A challenge we face regularly at Corporate Events International that we manage very successfully is how to make a large venue such as field still feel intimate for guests. In the same way that you wouldn’t want an oversized marquee, you certainly don’t want your guests to feel lost at a large venue.Very often we work with large fields that we map out to have separate area’s for each of our services. From boutique glamping provided by The Glamping Company through to Catering tents provided by The Street Food Catering Company, blessing area’s for The Wedding Festival Company, activity areas for The Corporate Festival company and the all important bars provided by The Festival Bar Company. Everything is in the planning and we use our flags at The Festival Flag company to map out your event so that everything is positioned in an area suitable for your amount of guests. Some of venues only use a faction of the available space, with the right amount of flags, positioned perfectly, this will not only wow your guests, but will provide you with a stunning solution to ensure that your arena is always filled.Let your creative juices flow with site mapping, you can even use flags for a aisle at a festival wedding just as the two stunning brides did here with The Wedding Festival CompanyContact us today for chat about how flags can help you design the perfect arena filled with our stunning silk flags  #LetsCelebrate

Everyone has a budget, if you are holding a birthday party right through to a corporate event. We regularly work with our clients at Corporate Events International on budget management. Inevitably, there are certain times when we need to discuss making some amendments in the early stages of planning! We always recommended that our clients keep the festival flags. These striking flags, available in two designs and eight different colours create the festival vibe through and through. We wholeheartedly believe that no festival is complete without them. They are a cost-effective way of adding design and colour to your venue which is always the first thing your guests will see flying in the wind in all their glory. There is something about festival flags that create an element of excitement and magic to your event and our fabulous array of choice is no exception here at The Festival Flag Company.Have a look at price guide on our website and get in touch with us today for an informal chat about how we can help you create magical flare at your event. #LetsCelebrate

Getting Your Flags On!

Getting Your Flags On!

Here at The Festival Flag Company the majority of our clients hire our flags in and erect them themselves. You provide us with the address of your venue and we arrange a courier to deliver these on the day before your event giving you plenty of time to get your flags flying high. These are then collected on the Monday after your event. The flags are sent to you with instructions of how to erect them so that you can make the most out of them.We use telescopic poles; bamboo poles are an option if we are installing these for you. But they are just too expensive to ship via courier.Being prepared is key, make sure you invest in either a fence driver, Jack hammer or a sledge hammer if you don’t have one and a set of ear plugs!  Our personal favourite and vote always goes to the fence driver!Top tips –The next things on your list to make lighter work of this is to have a spirit level and an abundance of cable ties. Initially you band the stake into the ground where you are positioning the flag, make sure you use the spirit level at this stage to make sure that its straight. You then simple slip the flag over the end of the pole, cable tie the bottom of the flag to the pole and then cable tie the pole to the stake.Et Voila! Before you know it, your arena will be filled with festival flags in all their glory! It’s always a good idea to get your flags flying first to set your arena area, everything else can then fall nicely into place. Do however make sure you leave a big enough gap for vehicles to get in and out.If you are having festoon lighting, spread the flag poles out nicely for really effective look.Drop us a line today to discuss all of your festival requirements, we remain unbeaten on price and quality.#LetsCelebrate
